What is the minimum age for laser tag?
There is no minimum age for laser tag at Alma Park, but players must be at least 130 cm tall so the vests fit properly.
There is no single nationwide legal minimum age for laser tag in Germany. Local authorities usually decide the requirements, so they can vary from place to place.
What should I wear for laser tag?
We recommend comfortable sportswear, as you may work up a sweat. Sturdy shoes that support quick turns are essential; sandals and heels are not suitable.
Dark clothing without large logos can make you harder to spot under the arena's UV lighting.
Is laser tag dangerous?
Laser tag is an active game played in a maze, where there is a risk of colliding with other players. We therefore advise pregnant visitors not to play. If you have any health-related questions about taking part, please discuss them with your doctor before your visit.
How much does laser tag cost?
Laser tag at Alma Park starts at €15 per person for two missions. See above for all other prices and group discounts.
How many people do you need to play laser tag?
A larger group is ideal because the arena is spacious. Up to 40 people can play at the same time.
Only two of you? That's fine too. We reserve the right to add other players to the arena, but if there are no other groups at that time, you can play as a pair.
What should we pay particular attention to for everyone's safety?
Your safety and the safety of other players come first. Please follow the rules and the arena team's instructions.
Can other players join our session, or will we play on our own?
Yes. We reserve the right to add other players to your session.
What should larger groups know?
Larger groups that fill the arena to capacity and want to play 4 or more games can request a tailored offer.
Are there clothing rules for the game?
Yes. Masks, face coverings and military-style costumes are not allowed.

What Is Laser Tag?
George Carter III introduced laser tag to the leisure industry, opening the first arena in the USA in 1984. The trend reached Germany only a few years ago, and Alma Park is home to one of Germany's 149 laser tag arenas.
Before the game, every player receives a vest and a phaser. Use the phaser to tag players on the opposing team; sensors on their vest and phaser register each hit. The game takes place in a UV-lit arena with cover to hide behind. Vests and phasers glow in different colours, helping you see other players and identify the opposing team. The aim is to score as many points as possible.
What Rules and Game Formats Are There?
- Do not run, jump or roll, and always be considerate of other players.
- A round, or mission, lasts between 6 and 12 minutes. Score as many points as possible during that time to win.
- You score 100 points each time you tag an opponent.
- If an opponent tags you, your phaser is disabled for 4 seconds. During that time, you cannot tag other players or special targets.
- Special targets in the arena award bonuses to players who tag them 3 times. These can help you score more points, for example with a points multiplier.
- Most games are played in teams, with 2–4 teams depending on group size. For a change, you can also play a free-for-all.
- Other game formats may be available by arrangement with the team on site.
How Much Does It Cost?
- Laser tag: 4 missions: €25 for a 1-hour visit with four missions.
- Children's laser tag birthday party: €289 for a group of 10, including chips and chicken nuggets OR pizza, plus a 0.4-litre soft drink per person.
- A 1½-hour visit with four laser tag missions
- All You Can Play (Mondays, 15:00–22:00): €24.90 per person. Excludes school holidays and public holidays, when our holiday unlimited-play offer is available instead.
- Laser tag: 8 missions: €48 for a 2-hour visit with four laser tag missions.
- Group price for four laser tag missions: €220 for up to 10 people; each additional person costs €22.
- Stag & Hen Party Package: €289 for up to 10 people; each additional person costs €28.90.
- Laser tag + football for children and teenagers: €219 for up to 10 people; each additional child costs €21.901. For 10 people, including chips and chicken nuggets OR pizza, plus a 0.4-litre soft drink per person. One hour of football and 2 laser tag missions.
