Right of Withdrawal and Exclusions
Thank you for your interest in Alma Park's products and services. This information explains which purchases are subject to a statutory right of withdrawal and when that right is excluded.
Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days. However, the law provides exceptions for certain leisure and event services. In particular, there is no right of withdrawal when booking leisure activities, tickets, event packages or other services for a specific agreed date or period, as these services are reserved for the selected date.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in particular for:
Tickets booked online for attractions and activities
Action Passes and flat-rate packages for a fixed date of use
Group, company, school and event bookings
Birthday and stag or hen party packages
Other leisure and event services for a specific date or period
Withdrawal is possible for:
Vouchers that are not tied to a specific date, provided they have not yet been redeemed and no statutory exclusion applies.
If Alma Park cancels a booked event or activity, or makes a significant change to its scheduled date or time, the applicable statutory and contractual refund provisions apply.
