Everything you need to know before your trampoline park visit

• Do I need to book in advance?
  Advance booking isn't compulsory, but sessions may be full, especially at weekends and during school holidays.
• Are there age restrictions?
  Children aged 3–6 must jump with an accompanying adult. From age 7, children may use the trampolines without an adult jumping with them. The price is per person, regardless of age.
• What should I wear?
  Wear sports clothing without studs, zips, loops or loose ties. Tie back long hair and remove jewellery and other accessories.
• Do I need special socks?
  Yes. For insurance reasons, only Alma Park grip socks bought at the park may be worn. Socks from other trampoline venues or your own alternative socks are not permitted.
• Can I cancel or transfer my booking?
  In most cases, bookings are non-transferable and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Is there a weight limit?
  Yes. For safety reasons, the maximum weight is approximately 120 kg per jumper.
• Do accompanying adults or teachers pay admission?
  Adults who aren't jumping generally don't pay admission. Charges may apply if they join in. Teachers accompanying school groups enter free.
• When should I arrive for my session?
  We recommend arriving around 30 minutes before your booked time to allow for check-in and avoid delays.
• Are there changing rooms and lockers?
  Yes. Alma Park has changing rooms and lockers available for a fee. Arriving in sports clothes can save time.
• Is a safety briefing required?
  A safety briefing is normally required before entering the trampoline area so that everyone understands and follows the rules.
• How much does trampolining cost?
  • Standard Tickets:
    • 1 hour of trampolining: €12
    • 2 hours of trampolining: €22
  • Family Jump (Saturdays, 10:00–12:00):
    • 1 adult + 1 child for 2 hours: €14.90
  • Children's Birthday Party:
    • After jumping: chips and nuggets or pizza, plus a 0.4-litre soft drink per person. Includes 60 minutes of jumping for 10 people: €149, or €319 with exclusive use of the trampoline park.
  • Exclusive Hire of the Trampoline Area:
    • 60 minutes of jumping: €269. We recommend a maximum of around 25 people for an exclusive booking.
